Processing & Handling
All orders for the NexaSphere Halo Ring, Command Hub, and our curated accessories are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your gear leaves our US-based fulfillment centers.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard US Shipping (3-8 Business Days): $6.95 flat rate for orders under $75.
- Inner Sphere Free Shipping (3-8 Business Days): FREE for all orders over $75.
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier surges, but our 'Inner Sphere' support team is available 24/7 to track your package.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
